Section 355 IAC 5-1-1.5 - "Appurtenance" defined

Sec. 1.5.

As used in this article, "appurtenance" means any valve, pump, fitting, pipe, hose, metering device, or mechanical device that is connected to a storage container, or is used to transfer a material into or out of such container.
