Section 355 IAC 2-2-1.5 - "Appurtenance" defined

Sec. 1.5.

As used in this article, "appurtenance" means any:

(1) valve;

(2) pump;

(3) fitting;

(4) pipe;

(5) hose;

(6) metering device; or

(7) mechanical device;

that is connected to a storage container or is used to transfer a material into or out of such container.
