Sec. 3.

No printed or written matter or design of any kind shall be attached to, or appear on, or be associated with commercial fertilizer which conflicts with the information described in IC 15-3-3-5[IC 15-3 was repealed by P.L. 2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008. See IC 15-16-2-32.].
