Section 35 IAC 1.2-1-4 - Normal retirement age

Sec. 4.

For purposes of permissible in-service distributions subject to the service restrictions of IC 33-38-7-11 and IC 33-38-8-13 a member's normal retirement age is:

(1) at least sixty-two (62) years of age with at least eight (8) years of service credit; or

(2) at least fifty-five (55) years of age and the participant's age and years of service credit is at least eighty-five (85).
