Sec. 3.
As used in this rule, "approved slaughtering establishment" means an establishment operating under the provisions of the Federal Meat Inspection Act ( 21 U.S.C. 601 et seq.) or the Indiana Meat and Poultry Inspection Act (IC 15-17-5).
