Section 345 IAC 13-1-1 - Definitions and general provisions

Sec. 1.

The definitions in IC 15-21 and the following definitions apply throughout this rule:

(1) "Board" means the Indiana state board of animal health established by IC 15-17-3.
(2) "State veterinarian" means the state veterinarian appointed under IC 15-17-4.
