Section 345 IAC 10-20-8 - Authority for condemnation or seizure

Sec. 8.

The provisions of this article relating to seizure, condemnation, and disposition of articles or poultry do not derogate from authority for condemnation or seizure conferred by other provisions of the Act or other laws.
