Section 329 IAC 9-11-4 - Stipulated penalties

Sec. 4.

In addition to the civil penalty, an order may stipulate that an owner or operator must pay additional penalties if certain actions intended to remediate or correct the violation are not performed in a timely or satisfactory manner.
