Section 329 IAC 9-1-14.3 - "Contaminant" defined

Sec. 14.3.

"Contaminant" has the meaning set forth at IC 13-11-2-42. However, for purposes of this article, the term does not include hazardous waste regulated under 329 IAC 3.1.
