Section 329 IAC 7.1-7-1 - Completion of remediation

Sec. 1.

Upon the completion of remediation at a site as determined by the commissioner, the commissioner will provide a no further action letter to the:

(1) owner of the site; or

(2) person responsible for remediation of the release.

Sites that are issued a no further action letter will no longer have a priority ranking.
