Section 329 IAC 15-3-20.5 - PTE inventory record

Sec. 20.5.

(a) Each business day, the owner or operator of a waste tire storage site or waste tire processing operation shall record the number of PTEs that:

(1) arrive at the facility;

(2) leave the facility; and

(3) are currently stored at the facility.

(b) The daily calculation of PTEs on-site must include all whole and altered waste tires intended for:

(1) disposal;

(2) processing;

(3) alternative daily cover at a landfill; or

(4) any other use.
