Section 329 IAC 15-3-16 - Updating contact information in the registration

Sec. 16.

If the contact information provided in the application for the certificate of registration changes, the owner or operator of a waste tire storage site or waste tire processing operation shall provide the current contact information to the department not more than thirty (30) days after the contact information provided in the application for the certificate of registration changes.
