Section 329 IAC 12-8-9 - Representation of an accredited examination provider

Sec. 9.

No person shall make a representation as an accredited examination provider for the purpose of certifying or recertifying an individual under 329 IAC 12-7 and this rule without being currently accredited by the commissioner under this rule.
