Section 329 IAC 12-2-2.2 - "Accredited examination provider" defined

Sec. 2.2.

"Accredited examination provider" means a person or an organization that provides an examination for the purpose of certifying or recertifying operators in accordance with 329 IAC 12-7 and 329 IAC 12-8.
