Section 329 IAC 11.7-2-21 - "Speculative accumulation" defined

Sec. 21.

"Speculative accumulation" means the storage before processing or recycling of large quantities of solid waste without a current outlet for the processed or recycled materials. It is a rebuttable presumption that storage of solid waste for more than six (6) months constitutes disposal.
