Section 329 IAC 11.7-2-18 - "Registration" defined

Sec. 18.

"Registration" means the notification to and the approval by the commissioner regarding the processing or storage of solid waste at the facility that:

(1) meets the requirements for registration; and

(2) must register under this article.
