Section 329 IAC 11.6-1-2 - Applicability

Sec. 2.

This article applies to a facility doing any of the following:

(1) Dismantling mobile homes.

(2) Demanufacturing mobile homes.

(3) Storing discarded mobile homes and mobile home parts.

(4) Recycling mobile homes.

(5) Processing mobile homes.
