Section 329 IAC 11.5-1-4 - Acts prohibited

Sec. 4.

No person who owns or operates a facility to which this article applies shall cause or allow the storage, containment, processing, or disposal of biomass and appropriate feedstock in a manner that creates a threat to human health or the environment, including the creation of:

(1) a fire hazard;

(2) a vector attraction;

(3) air, land, or water pollution; or

(4) other contamination.
