Sec. 2.
(a) Hazardous wastes are:(1) regulated by and must be treated, stored, and disposed of in accordance with 329 IAC 3.1; and(2) not subject to the provisions of this article.(b) Hazardous waste that is regulated by 329 IAC 3.1 must not be processed at any solid waste facility regulated under this article.(c) As used in this article, "hazardous waste that is regulated by 329 IAC 3.1" does not include hazardous waste generated in compliance with 329 IAC 3.1-7 by a very small quantity generator.
