Section 329 IAC 11-2-19.8 - "Leachate" defined

Sec. 19.8.

"Leachate" means a liquid that:

(1) has passed through or emerged from solid waste; and

(2) contains:

(A) soluble;

(B) suspended;

(C) immiscible; or

(D) miscible;

material removed from the waste.
