Sec. 7.
"Contaminate" means introducing a substance that would cause one (1) of the following:
(1) The concentration of that substance in any drinking water source to exceed the maximum contaminant level specified in Appendix I of 40 CFR 257 *.(2) An increase in the concentration of that substance in any drinking water source where the existing concentration of that substance exceeds the maximum contaminant level specified in Appendix I of 40 CFR 257 *. *This document is incorporated by reference.
