Section 327 IAC 7.1-2-28 - "Pesticide" defined

Sec. 28.

"Pesticide" means any substance that:

(1) is commercially produced, marketed, or sold to control insects, rodents, nematodes, fungus, or weeds; and

(2) is regulated under:

(A) 355 IAC 4 and 355 IAC 5; or

(B)7 U.S.C. 136.
