Section 327 IAC 7.1-2-24 - "Operator" defined

Sec. 24.

"Operator" means the person responsible for the operation of any of the following:

(1) Septage management business.

(2) Septage management vehicle.

(3) Septage treatment facility.

(4) Septage storage facility.

(5) Septage land application site.
