Section 327 IAC 7.1-2-20 - "Intermittent waterway" defined

Sec. 20.

"Intermittent waterway" means a waterway that flows only at certain times of the year, as when it receives water from springs or from some surface source. The waterway does not flow continuously, as when water losses from evaporation or seepage exceed the available waterway flow.
