Section 327 IAC 6.1-4-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

This rule applies to any person who prepares a biosolid or industrial waste product that:

(1) is land applied; and

(2) meets the criteria set forth in section 4, 5, or 5.5 of this rule.
