Section 327 IAC 6.1-3-3 - Discharges from land application operations

Sec. 3.

There must be no discharge into surface waters or ground water from a land application operation except under a valid National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit issued in accordance with 327 IAC 5.
