Section 327 IAC 6.1-1-4 - Enforcement

Sec. 4.

No person shall conduct activities for which requirements are established in this article except in accordance with such requirements. The enforcement of this article shall be in accordance with IC 13-30-3 or IC 13-14-2-6.
