Section 327 IAC 5-18-8 - State pretreatment standards

Sec. 8.

(a) An industrial user shall comply with applicable pretreatment standards and requirements adopted by the board under IC 13-14-8-7(a)(8). If state pretreatment standards and national pretreatment standards are applicable to an industrial user, the industrial user shall comply with the more stringent standards.

(b) Compliance with a state pretreatment standard that does not expressly state a final date for compliance must be attained no later than three (3) years from the effective date of the standard.
