Section 327 IAC 5-17-6 - "Discharge" defined

Sec. 6.

"Discharge" means the introduction of pollutants into a POTW from any nondomestic source regulated under Section 307(b), 307(c), or 307(d) of the Clean Water Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1317(b), 33 U.S.C. 1317(c), or 33 U.S.C. 1317(d)) .
