Sec. 3.
"Categorical pretreatment standards" means national pretreatment standards, specifying quantities or concentrations of pollutants or pollutant properties that may be discharged or introduced to a POTW by an existing or new industrial user in a specific industrial subcategory, that are established by U.S. EPA, under Section 307(b) or 307(c) of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1317(b) or 33 U.S.C. 1317(c)) as separate regulations under the appropriate subpart of 40 CFR Chapter I, Subchapter N. The categorical pretreatment standards are incorporated by reference at 327 IAC 5-2-1.5.
