Sec. 6.
(a) "Best management practices" or "BMPs" means the following measures to prevent or reduce the pollution of waters of the state: (1) Schedules of activities.(2) Prohibitions of practice.(3) Treatment requirements.(4) Operation and maintenance procedures.(5) Use of containment facilities.(6) Other management practices.(b) BMPs may be employed, for example, to control:(3) sludge or waste disposal; or(4) drainage from raw materials storage resulting from:(D) silvicultural; activities.
