Section 327 IAC 5-1.5-24 - "Indigenous" defined

Sec. 24.

"Indigenous" means, generally, an organism native to and growing and reproducing in a particular region. The term also includes historically nonnative species introduced by the Indiana department of natural resources as part of a program of wildlife management whether such species reproduce or not.
