Section 327 IAC 5-1.5-20 - "General permit" defined

Sec. 20.

"General permit" means an authorization to discharge under the NPDES rules, that is applicable to all owners and operators of point sources of a particular category located within a designated general permit boundary (GPB), other than owners and operators of such sources to whom individual NPDES permits have been issued.
