Section 327 IAC 20-4-2 - Duration of permits

Sec. 2.

(a) An initial permit may be issued for a fixed term not to exceed five (5) years. A renewal permit may be issued for a fixed term not to exceed ten (10) years.

(b) In accordance with IC 13-15-7, a permit may be amended, revoked and reissued, or revoked prior to the expiration of the permit term.
