Section 327 IAC 20-3-1 - Performance standards

Sec. 1.

A SMSS must be designed, constructed, maintained, and operated in a manner that:

(1) prevents:

(A) runoff;

(B) spills; or

(C) manure releases;

(2) minimizes:

(A) leaks; and

(B) seepage; and

(3) manages stormwater to prevent discharge of stormwater contaminated by the contents of the SMSS to waters of the state.
