Section 327 IAC 19-13-2 - Digesters and other energy recovery systems

Sec. 2.

Any manure digester or energy recovery system located at a CFO or CAFO that receives only biomass, as defined in IC 13-11-2-16.6, must be approved as a waste management system in accordance with IC 13-20-10.5.
