Sec. 8.
(a) The owner or operator of a solvent cleaning operation shall notify the department of the following exceedances of applicable requirements in section 4 of this rule within forty-five (45) days after the instance occurs: (1) Each record showing the use of noncomplying solvents.(2) Each record showing that the solvent cleaning operation exceeded an applicable maximum daily solvent usage limit specified in section 2(c)(5), 2(c)(9), 2(c)(12), or 2(e) of this rule.(b) The owner or operator of a solvent cleaning operation that employs control equipment to comply with this rule shall submit to the department quarterly summaries of the records required by section 7(b) of this rule.
