Sec. 5.
(a) On or before May 1, 1996, each owner or operator of a source or facility subject to this rule shall submit to the department a continuous compliance plan (CCP). The CCP shall address, at a minimum, the topics addressed in section 4 of this rule.(b) The CCP shall include a statement signed by a responsible official certifying that the wood furniture manufacturing operation is in compliance with the following: (1) The emission limits of section 3 of this rule.(2) The work practice standards of section 4 of this rule.(c) A copy of the CCP shall be maintained on-site and shall be available for inspection by the department upon request.(d) If the department determines that the CCP does not adequately address each of the topics specified in subsection (a), the department shall require the owner or operator of the wood furniture manufacturing operation to modify the CCP.
