Sec. 1.
This rule applies to any person performing wood furniture manufacturing operations in Lake, Porter, Clark, or Floyd County meeting the following criteria:
(1) The wood furniture manufacturing operations have potential emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) of twenty-five (25) tons or more per year.(2) The wood furniture manufacturing operations occur at a source classified by any of the following Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes: (A) SIC code 2434: wood cabinets (kitchen, bath and vanity).(B) SIC code 2511: wood household furniture, including tables, beds, chairs, sofas (nonupholstered).(C) SIC code 2512: wood household furniture (upholstered).(D) SIC code 2517: wood television, radios, phonographs, and sewing machine cabinets.(E) SIC code 2519: household furniture, not elsewhere classified.(F) SIC code 2521: wood office furniture.(G) SIC code 2531: public building and related furniture.(H) SIC code 2541: wood office and store fixtures, partitions, shelving, and lockers.(I) SIC code 2599: furniture and fixtures and any other coated furnishings made of solid wood, wood composition, or simulated wood material not elsewhere classified.
