Section 326 IAC 6.8-11-2 - "Ambient monitoring data" defined

Sec. 2.

As used in this rule, "ambient monitoring data" means data that has been:

(1) collected in accordance with 40 CFR 58 *; and

(2) verified by the department as quality assured in accordance with quality assurance procedures.
