Section 326 IAC 6.5-6-1 - General provisions

Affected: IC 13-12; IC 13-14-4-3; IC 13-16-1

Sec. 1.

In addition to the emission limitations contained in 326 IAC 6.5-1-2, sources and facilities:

(1) located in Marion County; and

(2) listed in this rule;

shall meet the specified limitations and requirements.
