Sec. 2.

(a)FCA US, LLC - Kokomo Casting Plant in Howard County shall meet the following emission limits:

(b) Boiler 4 at the FCA US, LLC - Kokomo Transmission Plant, source identification number 00078, shall burn reclaimed residual oil or natural gas and shall meet a particulate matter emission limit of 0.75 lb/MMBtu. Boiler 5 at this facility shall burn natural gas only.
