Section 326 IAC 6.5-1-6 - State implementation plan revisions

Sec. 6.

Any exemptions given or provisions granted under this article by the commissioner in sections 2(a), 2(g), 2(i), 2(j), 4, and 5 of this rule shall be submitted to U.S. EPA as revisions to the SIP.
