Section 326 IAC 20-27-1 - Portland cement manufacturing industry; applicability; incorporation by reference of federal standards

Sec. 1.

(a) This rule applies to each new and existing Portland cement plant as provided in 40 CFR 63.1340 *.

(b) The air pollution control board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 63, Subpart LLL*, National Emission Standards for Portland Cement Manufacturing Industry.
