Sec. 1.
(a) The provisions of this rule apply to each facility that is engaged, either in part or in whole, in the manufacture or rework of commercial, civil, or military aerospace vehicles or components and that is located at a plant site that is a major source as defined in Section 112 of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments.(b) The air pollution control board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 63, Subpart GG*, National Emission Standards for Aerospace Manufacturing and Rework Facilities. *This document is incorporated by reference.
