Sec. 1.
(a) This rule applies to the following stationary sources: (1) Extraction plants, ceramic plants, foundries, incinerators, and propellant plants that process beryllium ore, beryllium, beryllium oxide, beryllium alloys, or beryllium-containing waste.(2) Machine shops that process beryllium, beryllium oxides, or any alloy when such alloy contains more than five percent (5%) beryllium by weight.(b) The board hereby adopts by reference and incorporates herein 40 CFR 61, Subpart C, Emission Standard for Beryllium*. *This document is incorporated by reference.
