Section 326 IAC 11-9-4 - Compliance deadlines

Sec. 4.

The final compliance date for 40 CFR 60, Subpart FFFF, Table 1* is the earlier of the following dates:

(1) Three (3) years from the effective date of this rule.

(2) December 16, 2010.
