Sec. 4.
(a) A person must not start or maintain a fire except in a public use area designated for that purpose. A fire must be extinguished immediately after use. An authorized representative may prohibit fires even in a designated area for public safety or to protect property.(b) In accordance with IC 16-41-37, smoking is prohibited on any corporation property.
