Section 313 IAC 2-1-11 - "Historic structure" defined

Sec. 11.

"Historic structure" means any structure that is important to the:

(1) general;

(2) archeological;

(3) agricultural;

(4) economic;

(5) social;

(6) political;

(7) architectural;

(8) industrial;

(9) geological;

(10) paleontological; or

(11) cultural;

history of Indiana. A historic structure includes any adjacent property that is necessary to the preservation or restoration of the structure.
