Section 312 IAC 9-1-7 - "Falconry" defined

Sec. 7.

"Falconry" includes:

(1) taking;

(2) possessing;

(3) caring for;

(4) training; and

(5) transporting;

raptors for the purpose of pursuing, hunting, and taking wild animals with raptors.
